THE EAT case applies only to the 20 days of leave resulting from the European Working Time Directive (Euro-leave) and not to the entire right to 33 days` leave under the TICI Pink Book Agreement. Members are recommended to calculate the leave allowance for these 13 days beyond the euro days off using the base salary and contractual hours. THE EAT decision confirmed that it is up to the employer to identify the 20 days of leave in euros. In addition, payment can be made by cheque or postal instruction to be paid to „NJCECI“. Please send your order with payment: in addition to its role as a trade association, BESA has a parallel role as an employer organisation. The NJCECI is made up of equally representatives of employers` organizations and two unions above, under the administration of an independent naECI president. Original printed purchase details as well as postage and packaging costs are as follows: In this function, BESA publishes standard rates of pay for hourly-based operational contracts, which are negotiated on behalf of the employer with the Unite union, and employee salaries negotiated with the EESA Staff Association (a white collar division of Unite). $5 per copy to members of the employers` organization and union members – proof of the required membership. Following meetings with the signatories of the TICA union and at the end of our negotiations in 2016/2017, employers were advised to comply with EAT and calculate the holiday holiday allowance in euros on the basis of the „normal salary“ that was put in place during the twelve weeks prior to each leave.

This should include overtime, all taxed items of the radius allowance and all bonuses or incentives.
